How Long Is The Shipping Time?

• Average transit times to the Europe: 3 – 10 Business days
• Average transit times to the United States: 8 – 14 Business days
• Average transit times to International: 8 – 14 Business days

Some circumstances are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the shipping company's responsibility.

Will I Receive A Tracking Number?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. 

When you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order, you can go to our order tracking page. 

Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order with no penalty if it has not yet been fulfilled and shipped. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 to 3 days of placing the order, as this is the typical fulfillment and shipping window. To cancel, send an email to info@rareitys.store with the subject line “CANCEL” or contact us via our Contact Us page. If the item has already been fulfilled and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

2. Welche Materialien werden in Ihren robusten Koffern verwendet?
Unsere robusten Handyhüllen bestehen normalerweise aus einer zweischichtigen Konstruktion: einer harten Außenschale aus Polycarbonat (PC) für Stoßfestigkeit und einer weichen Innenschicht aus TPU (thermoplastisches Polyurethan) zur Stoßdämpfung.

3. Sind Ihre Hüllen sturzgeprüft?
Ja, unsere robusten Handyhüllen werden Falltests unterzogen und erfüllen oder übertreffen die Militärstandards (MIL-STD 810G). Sie bieten Schutz bei Stürzen aus bis zu 1,8 Metern Höhe oder mehr.

4. Wird mein Telefon durch diese Hülle sperrig?
Robuste Hüllen sind etwas dicker und bieten so besseren Schutz, sind aber gleichzeitig so konzipiert, dass sie Haltbarkeit mit bequemer Griffigkeit und taschenfreundlicher Form in Einklang bringen.

5. Wird kabelloses Laden unterstützt?
Ja, die meisten robusten Hüllen sind mit kabellosem Laden und MagSafe-Zubehör kompatibel, sehr dicke oder mit Metall verstärkte Hüllen können die Ladeleistung jedoch leicht beeinträchtigen.

6. Sind die Tasten und Anschlüsse leicht zugänglich?
Absolut. Unsere Hüllen sind präzise geschnitten und so konzipiert, dass Sie problemlos auf Tasten, Lautsprecher, Kameras und Ladeanschlüsse zugreifen können, ohne die Hülle abnehmen zu müssen.

7. Bieten Sie Hüllen für alle Telefonmodelle an?
Wir bieten robuste Handyhüllen für eine Vielzahl beliebter Smartphone-Modelle an, darunter iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel und mehr. Bitte prüfen Sie unsere Produktliste auf Modellkompatibilität.

8. Gibt es eine Garantie?
Ja, für unsere robusten Handyhüllen gilt eine einjährige Garantie gegen Herstellungsfehler. Bei Garantieansprüchen wenden Sie sich bitte an den Kundendienst.

9. Kann ich meinen Koffer zurückgeben oder umtauschen?

10. Wie reinige ich das Gehäuse?
Wischen Sie das Gehäuse mit einem feuchten Tuch und milder Seife ab. Vermeiden Sie aggressive Chemikalien oder Scheuermittel, um die Oberfläche zu schützen.
