Some circumstances are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the shipping company's responsibility.
Will I Receive A Tracking Number?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.

Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel your order with no penalty if it has not yet been fulfilled and shipped. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 to 3 days of placing the order, as this is the typical fulfillment and shipping window. To cancel, send an email to info@rareitys.store with the subject line “CANCEL” or contact us via our Contact Us page. If the item has already been fulfilled and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

10. Can I return or exchange my case?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in
original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return shipping is the

11. What if my case arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your item upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or
incorrect product, contact us right away at Info@rareitys.store so we
can resolve it quickly.
12. Can I exchange my case?
To exchange an item, simply return the original for a refund and place a new
order for your preferred item once the return is approved.
13. What is the EU cooling-off period?
For customers in the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within
14 days for any reason. Returned items must be unused, in their original
condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
14. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the return is received and
approved. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time
to post the refund.
15. How do I clean the case?
Gently wipe your case with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive materials
or harsh chemicals to maintain the finish and quality of the design.
16. Will the design look exactly like the image online?
We strive for accurate product images, but slight color or detail differences
may occur due to screen settings. These do not qualify as defects.
